The yuu Rewards Club FAQs
  1. How do I sign up for the yuu Rewards Club?
    It’s simple! You can do it in just three steps:
    Step 1 - Download the yuu App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
    Step 2 - Click “Register"
    Step 3 - Follow the steps to register
    That's it – you're all set to earn yuu Points and redeem them for great offers and rewards.
    You can also join yuu using your WeChat App, or through the yuu website at
    www.yuurewards.com.
  2. How do I earn yuu Points?
    There are five easy ways to earn yuu Points:
    1. In-store – every time you shop or dine with our yuu Partners, just show your yuu ID (the unique QR code in your yuu App).
    2. Online – when shopping online with our yuu Partners, enter your yuu membership number during checkout (the 15-digit number under your yuu ID in the App).
    3. yuu to me – when shopping online via yuu to me in the yuu App, your yuu Membership is linked automatically to our Partner’s e-commerce site.
    4. Using your Hang Seng enJoy Card – once you’ve linked your enJoy card with your yuu Account, just tap it when shopping or dining with any of our yuu Partners.
    5. Through your Octopus – if you’ve signed up to yuu through our website or at a 7-Eleven store or have linked your Octopus via the yuu App, you can use your Octopus to earn Points with a yuu Partner. Just let the cashier know you’re a yuu Member and tap your Octopus before paying.

    Whichever way you earn, your Points will automatically be added to your balance. Please note that Points can take up to 7 days to show in your App after you’ve shopped in-store, online, or using your Hang Seng enJoy card.
  3. How many yuu Points will I earn?

    With your yuu ID - you’ll earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 you spend with any of our yuu Partners.

    With your linked Hang Seng enJoy Card - you’ll receive an extra 2 yuu Points* for every HK$1 you spend with yuu Retail Partners in Hong Kong* and an extra 1 Point for every HK$1 spent with Partners in Macau. When you dine with KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD and designated Maxim’s Group brands, outlets and e-commerce sites** in Hong Kong, you’ll earn 3 extra yuu Points. You can also earn 1 yuu Point with your linked Hang Seng enJoy Card for every HK$1 spent at Shell Hong Kong. And when you use your Hang Seng enJoy Card while travelling anywhere in the world, you will earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 you spend.

    Points earned per HK$1 spent (with yuu ID):
    yuu Retail Partners in Hong Kong = 1 yuu Point
    yuu Dining Partners in Hong Kong – KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD and designated Maxim’s Group brands and outlets** = 1 yuu Point Shell Hong Kong = 1 yuu Point
    All yuu Partners in Macau^ = 1 yuu Point

    Points earned per HK$1 spent (pay with your linked Hang Seng enJoy Card):
    yuu Retail Partners in Hong Kong = 3 yuu Point
    yuu Dining Partners in Hong Kong – KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD and designated Maxim’s Group brands and outlets** = 4 yuu Point
    Shell Hong Kong = 2 yuu Point
    All yuu Partners in Macau^ = 2 yuu Point

    *Additional Points earned using your Hang Seng enJoy Card will be credited within 7 days.
    **For the list of designated Maxim’s Group brands, outlets and e-commerce sites, please refer to the yuu Partners page.

  4. How do I link my Octopus to my yuu Account?
    Once you’ve downloaded the yuu App, you’ll be able to link your Octopus to your new yuu Account as part of the simple sign-up process.
  5. What is yuu to me?
    With yuu to me, you can now order from an amazing selection of stores including groceries, homewares, health and beauty and ready to eat items - all within your yuu App!
    Get your selected items delivered to you and earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 you spend – just like you do in-store. Just let us know your delivery address in your yuu App, and you'll see the selections that are available for delivery to your location.
